The Monteru Single Grape Brandy was created using an eau de vie made from a single grape variety of Folle Blanche from Cognac. It was double distilled in 2012 and matured in refill American and Limousin oak casks until it was bottled in 2018 at 41.3% ABV without chill filtration. Only 750 bottles of the spirit were produced.
Excellent neat as a digestif or perfect in a sidecar!
